For our boutique in Prague, we are looking for a Stock Associate talent with passion and drive. As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards.

Missions

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing efficient service to all sales staff (preparing products, assisting with product preparation, packaging and client deliveries)
Preparing stock transfers between stores
Checking the receipt of products returned by customers, support with the after sales service
Assisting in the delivery of products and verifying the condition and quantity of the delivery
Ensuring that all products are packaged, labeled, and properly stored in the stockroom
Maintaining and replenishing inventory, implementing price changes, preparing, and conducting regular inventory counts

Profil

PROFILE

Experience in retail or hospitality
Good knowledge of the stock/supply chain processes
Significant drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the Maison
Strong team skills, empathy, and agile mindset
Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in Czech and English, another language on top is a plus
